Last night I had a dream...like Martin King Jr.lol Anyway, I had a dream
about my family. We were all sitting at a huge round table...everybody:
9thWonder, Vince, Maya, Larisha, Eric Jones, TrueSchool reps, Edgar
Allen Floe, Ceasar Comanche, Kash, Halo, Tom Hardy, Rapsody, GQ, Tyler
Woods, Actual Proof, Skyzoo, TP, Sinop, Fatin, Heather Victoria, AMP,
KHRYSIS, and Sean Boog...and we were all waiting to eat. 9th said,
"Remo, bless da food".
So we all stood up and joined hands, and as I looked around the room and
thought to myself "you can't pick your family". Usually when that goes
through a person's head its not good, but this was not the case. I gave
thanx for all of the producers at IWWMG. I gave thanx for the
adminerstraters, and 9th right and left hands(meaning Larisha and Maya).
I gave thanx for the interns.
You know how they say steel sharpens steel? I have to give thanx for all
of these creative artist, makin me better at this rap thing. I thank
Allah for blessing you all with the gift/talent that we all in our fam
have been blessd with. I thankd God for our creativity, and for putting
us in the position and giving us the opportunity to be doing what we
do.
I then began to bless the food and give thanx.
AFTERWARDS WE ALL SAID AMEN. THEN SOMEONE ASKED WHAT DO WE HAVE TO BRING
TO THE TABLE???
WE ALL STOOD UP AND SAID "WE ARE JAMLA/THE ACADEMY. ENJOY YA MEAL"!
